My teachings are kind, compassionate and encouraging. I strive to teach feeling based yoga, not image based yoga.
Breath Awareness
Life and its stresses has an impact of the rhythum of the breath.  Incorrect breathing impacts negatively on our being, during class we encourage the mind, body and breath to work together and this helps lead to physical and mental relaxation.

Yoga is one of the greatest activities that you can do for your body as well as your mind.
It helps increase balance, strength and flexibility and can also help decrease disease, illness, anxiety and stress.

    Mindful Yoga
    This gentle yet challenging practice helps energize the body and focus the mind. The poses taught in class will help you to build strength and improve your flexibility and balance through mindful, creative and playful movement. The poses in the evening class will help prepare you for a good night’s sleep.

    Slow movement/Yoga Nidra
    Slow gentle movements take the spine in all directions whilst preparing the body for the practice of Yoga Nidra. The ancient practice of Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep combines body scan, breath awareness and a visual and sense component. It induces a state of mind that is between being asleep and being awake. Yoga Nidra brings about deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
